Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 7 days before check-in to receive a full refund of your security deposit. Contact us via phone or WhatsApp to process your cancellation.
Refund processed within 3–5 business days.
Cancellations within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.
How payment works
Pay the AED 1,000 refundable security deposit first to confirm your booking and hold your dates instantly. The full villa amount is then due before check-in, payable online via Ziina. For the security deposit, you can pay via Ziina or bank transfer.
Bank transfer details (security deposit only)
A payment link for the security deposit (Ziina or bank transfer) is sent to you right after your booking request. Once paid, your dates are confirmed and held. Include your booking reference in any bank transfer remarks.
